Beatrice Zornek PCC

Beatrice is an ICF credentialed coach and a supervisor, specialising in working with Highly Sensitive Coaches.

Prior to becoming a coach, Beatrice had a diverse corporate background, working in corporate sales, talent acquisition and HR leadership. She also freelanced for Google for 5 years where she had the opportunity to manage a team of 20 people.

Upon learning that she is a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), Beatrice became passionate about understanding herself from this perspective, as well as working with clients who also have this personality trait, which represents 20% of the population.

Beatrice took her own discoveries forward by working with other HSPs in career transitions and building a business mindset as an HSP. In supervision, she specialises in working with Highly Sensitive Coaches who want to use their trait in their coaching and overcome obstacles that coaches experience as a result of the trait.

In terms of approaches, Beatrice is an integrative coach, using elements from Transactional Analysis, person-centred coaching, gestalt, solution-focused coaching. As a trauma-informed coach and supervisor, she enjoys helping other coaches navigate the grey area between coaching and therapy, managing boundaries effectively and compassionately in the coaching space, and has a predominantly formative approach.

Beatrice has a BSc in Psychology, is a Certified Transformational Coach, Certified Supervisor, Group Facilitator and holds the ICF ACC credential.
