Katerina Penna

As the Learning Manager of ICCS, Katerina is responsible for curating the learning and training journeys of ICCS course participants. She is in charge of quality assurance and evaluation, training and facilitation, learning evaluation and learner engagement strategies, building relationships with faculty, identifying faculty development and support needs and ensuring that they are aligned to course delivery, learning outcomes and learner experience.

Katerina brings with her an extensive and varied background in Learning and Development, as well as Communications, both as a practitioner across industries and countries and as an academic lecturer in HRM, L&D and Organisational Behaviour in some of the UK’s leading universities.

Katerina has also trained as coach with ICCS’s sister-school, Animas Centre for Coaching, and her expertise lies in career and leadership coaching as well as somatic and neurodiversity coaching.

Outside of ICCS, you will find her deepening her coaching practice, lecturing as a guest on HRM and L&D best practices and training in trauma therapy and trauma-informed coaching and counselling. She enjoys being in nature and loves the mountains and the big blue sea, hiking and swimming as often as possible.
