Training as a coaching supervisor requires a good level of experience and training as a coach.
Whilst we assess each application on a case-by-case basis, typically, the criteria are:
- 500+ hours of coaching experience
- Completed a recognised coaching qualification
- Professional credential from a coaching body – this is preferable but not essential
However, the criteria we offer are only guidelines.
We assess on a case-by-case basis through an open conversation during the consultation call.
For instance, it would be reasonable that we accept an experienced practitioner from a different but related discipline, such as psychotherapy or organisational development, who was also clearly understands coaching practice.
All this can be taken in to account during the consultation call.
