Nuala O'Connor is a leadership coach, coaching supervisor and trainer. With both ICF (ACC) and EMCC (Senior Practitioner) accreditation, she’s passionate about coaching as a catalyst for personal and organisational transformation. Her interest in Nonviolent Communication began many years ago in Northern Ireland’s Integrated Education movement. It was reignited more recently when she began exploring its relevance to coaching and reflective practice.
