About Andrea Matuz EQA ESIA

With over a decade of experience in coaching and a deep passion for supervision, Andrea Matuz is dedicated to empowering coaches to excel and elevate the standards of the coaching industry.
 
Since achieving her coaching qualification in 2013, Andrea has honed her expertise in both the corporate world and entrepreneurial spaces, using coaching to help individuals find career fulfilment and leaders enhance their impact. Her clients often describe working with her as “taking off the mask,” a testament to her focus on authenticity and values alignment.
 

In 2021, Andrea took her commitment to the next level by becoming a qualified coaching supervisor with ICCS. In this role, she supports coaches in delivering exceptional coaching, while also mentoring them in building sustainable, impactful businesses. She views supervision as a “butterfly effect”—where the work done with one coach ripples out to benefit countless others, including their clients and the broader systems they influence.
 
Andrea’s work with ICCS is particularly fulfilling to her, as it allows her to contribute to the training of outstanding supervisors, extending the reach and impact of coaching supervision globally. With credentials as an EMCC Senior Practitioner and an EMCC ESIA awardee, Andrea brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and dedication to her role as your course consultant.
