With over a decade in coaching and a deep passion for supervision, Andrea Matuz is dedicated to empowering coaches and raising industry standards.
Since qualifying in 2013, she has worked across corporate and entrepreneurial spaces, helping individuals find fulfilment and leaders amplify their impact. Her approach—described by clients as “taking off the mask”—centres on authenticity and values alignment.
In 2021, Andrea became a qualified coaching supervisor with ICCS, mentoring coaches to deliver exceptional coaching while building sustainable, impactful businesses. She sees supervision as a butterfly effect, where supporting one coach ripples out to benefit clients, organisations, and the profession as a whole.
