Nick is the founder and CEO of the International Centre for Coaching Supervision and Animas Centre for Coaching. A coach since the early 2000s, Nick established his coaching school in 2008 to bring transformational practice to coach training, perhaps never quite expecting to go on to be one of the largest coaching schools in the world.
Ruth is the Managing Director of Animas Group working with the CEO to realise the vision and mission of the school. She is responsible for implementing the Animas Group’s vision, overseeing the day-to-day running of the business, and developing the systems and processes that enable the business to function including the delivery of our training.
Andrea is an experienced Coach and Coach Supervisor who possesses a genuine commitment to the growth and excellence of coaching and supervision. With a background rooted in both entrepreneurship and the corporate world in the financial services, travel and coaching industries, Andrea possesses a wealth of knowledge that she expertly applies to her role at Animas.
As the Learning Manager of Animas, Katerina is responsible for curating the learning and training journeys of ICCS course participants. She is in charge of quality assurance and evaluation, training and facilitation, learning evaluation and learner engagement strategies, building relationships with faculty.
Coaching and developing coaches have long been Mia’s greatest professional passions. Starting her career in corporate leadership development in 1998, from 2006 Mia moved into external consultancy roles at renowned firms Brathay, SHL and JCA Global. These positions gave her the opportunity to build a substantial executive coaching portfolio and hundreds of hours of client experience.
Prior to qualifying as a coach and setting up her own coaching practice, Marta spent 15 years in the City, including senior management roles in a Big Four consultancy. Having led dozens of projects for firms around the globe and having been immersed in their diverse cultural environments has helped her develop an awareness of the complex system of forces that drives each organisation.
Since 2008 Yannick has been helping people think and grow, personally and professionally, through a range of services. With a background in Psychology (BSc), Applied Positive Psychology (MSc) and Existential Coaching (MA) Yannick was the Programme Leader of the MSc Coaching Psychology at the University of East London (2015-2018).
John has focused his time on developing leaders, primarily across the Healthcare Sector, over the last 20 years. He is a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Associate trainer, British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Coach and Counsellor together with being a proud ICCS qualified Coach Supervisor.
Beatrice is an ICF credentialed coach and a supervisor, specialising in working with Highly Sensitive Coaches. Prior to becoming a coach, Beatrice had a diverse corporate background, working in corporate sales, talent acquisition and HR leadership. She also freelanced for Google for 5 years where she had the opportunity to manage a team of 20 people.
During a decade of working in HR within corporate environments, Nishe was dedicated to supporting recent graduates and school leavers as they began their careers. Although she loved working with these individuals, particularly as they transitioned to new environments and different ways of operating, she recognised that it wasn’t enough for her in isolation.
From a Corporate background as an Economist working in banking and Logistics, Anyima’s passion and curiosity about the Psychology of Human interactions, led her to change focus in her career later in life, completing her HND in counselling and Psychology in 2013.
