Why Choose ICCS to Become a Coaching Supervisor?

We are often asked why someone should choose us rather than another coaching supervision school.

However, we don’t answer that by talking about why we’re better than other schools because, quite frankly, we don’t think it’s that simple. We have no doubt that they too offer good courses and we know that they are run by committed individuals.

So why choose ICCS?

Well, we think it’s more about resonance and the gut feeling you have that you’ve found the right place.

And what we can tell you is what we set out to be, what’s important to us, and what our standards are.

And perhaps, knowing that will help you decide if we’re the right place for you.  We certainly hope so!

An Exclusive Focus on Developing Exceptional Coaching Supervisors

At the International Centre for Coaching Supervision (ICCS), our mission is singular: to create exceptional coaching supervisors who can support and elevate the coaching profession globally.

Founded by Nick Bolton, a pioneer in the field, ICCS was born from the desire to make high-quality coaching supervision training accessible to coaches worldwide. That’s why we focus exclusively on coaching supervision.

Integrative Approach

We believe there’s no one-size-fits-all in coaching supervision. Our integrative approach allows you to tailor your learning to align with your unique strengths, passions, and professional journey.

Through reflective practice groups, interactive sessions, and hands-on experience, we guide you to become a supervisor who inspires and transforms the work of other coaches.

A Commitment to Making Coaching Supervision Accessible Worldwide

ICCS is committed to making our training accessible to coaches across the globe. Our training programme was designed from the ground-up for a virtual environment which is why we have more frequent but shorter sessions rather than blocks of full-days.

It’s also why we offer flexible payment plans, bursaries for coaches in lower-income regions, and a supportive admissions process that evaluates each applicant’s unique background and potential.

High Standards and Exceptional Peers

At ICCS, we maintain high entry criteria to ensure a rich and valuable learning experience for all participants. We require applicants to have at least 500 hours of coaching experience, which means you’ll be training alongside a group of highly skilled and seasoned coaches.

This creates an environment where deep, meaningful discussions and advanced insights are the norm, distinguishing our programme from some others that have lower entry standards.

Practical Skills for Real-World Impact

We are deeply committed to ensuring that our graduates are not only well-versed in the theory of coaching supervision but are also highly skilled in its practical application.

We focus on the critical supervisory skills and emphasize hands-on practice with observation, mentoring and supervision. This means that, by the time you complete the course, you’ll be fully equipped to apply what you’ve learned with confidence in any supervisory setting.

International Accreditation Excellence

ICCS offers a fully accredited Diploma in Coaching Supervision, recognised by the EMCC, Association for Coaching, and ICF.

Our programme blends rigorous content with practical, real-world application, ensuring you gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive as a coaching supervisor.

A Community Shaping The Profession

Our graduates are making a difference in coaching communities worldwide.
