    Georgina Woudstra
MCC, ACTC: Founder & CEO, Team Coaching Supervisor

Georgina Woudstra has been at the forefront of the team coaching movement since the 2010s. As an executive coach in the 1990s, she realised that teams—not just leaders—hold the key to lasting organisational change. Yet most teams fail to collaborate effectively, leading to a huge loss of talent and value.

Through deep reflective practice, she saw that classic team facilitation and workshops rarely create real transformation. True change happens when coaches work emergently, tapping into a team’s potential in real time, even in uncertainty.

Honing this approach as an in-house team coach since 2012, she founded Team Coaching Studio in 2017 to train coaches in mastering emergent team coaching. A key voice in shaping the profession, she was among the first in the world to receive the ICF’s Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) in 2022.

Georgina’s acclaimed book, Mastering the Art of Team Coaching, along with the Team Coaching Studio programmes, Summits & Retreats, equips coaches with the skills and confidence to shape the fastest-growing discipline in coaching today.

  • Allard de Jong
    Allard de Jong
PCC, ACTC, Senior Director, Team Coaching Supervisor

Allard doesn’t just coach teams, he invites them into deeper humanity. For over two decades, he has stood at the crossroads of leadership, presence, and becoming, creating spaces where the professional meets the personal, and where transformation is not a technique but a truth revealed through courageous contact.

Guided by the question “What does it mean to be human?”, Allard’s work dwells in the fertile tension between what is and what longs to emerge. As Senior Director at Team Coaching Studio, he helps team coaches and team leaders navigate complexity not by fixing, but by feeling; not through control, but by cultivating awareness, trust, and choice. His approach is rooted in Gestalt, systemic intelligence, and vertical development, but his compass is existential: What does it take to live, lead, and relate with depth and dignity in an age of acceleration?

Allard brings a rare blend of rigour and soul. Whether in the boardroom or the supervision circle, he holds a space where teams and coaches meet their edges and discover what lies beyond. His writing and supervision challenge performative coaching and instead elevate practice as sacred inquiry. For him, team coaching is not a toolkit, but a birthplace of personal and collective evolution.

Supervising Team Coaches: Widening the Lens and Deepening the Practice

Team coaching asks coaches to work in the thick of relational complexity, ambiguity and collective emotion. Supervising team coaches therefore requires more than a technical understanding of supervision. It calls for an expanded field of attention and a developmental stance.

In this engaging session, Georgina Woudstra, MCC, ACTC (Founder & CEO, Team Coaching Supervisor), and Allard de Jong, PCC, ACTC (Senior Director, Team Coaching Supervisor) will explore how supervisors can help coaches widen their perspective beyond the individual and into the living system of the team. They will share a relational, emergent approach rooted in Gestalt awareness practice and the Team Coaching Studio philosophy.

Why attend this session?

  • Understand the emotional impact of team coaching – explore how it can trigger fear, vulnerability and self-doubt.
  • ️Learn how to create a reflective supervisory space – support coaches to recognise their triggers, restore grounding and build confidence.
  • Discover supervision as a site of vertical development – where deeper awareness leads to expanded capability.
  • Help coaches work from presence rather than pressure – especially in complex, emotionally charged team dynamics.
  • Take away reflective questions and real-world examples – applicable to your own supervision practice.

Blending theory with practical inquiry, Georgina and Allard will illuminate the deeper dimensions of team coach supervision—creating a session that is both thought-provoking and practically enriching.
