14 Day Cooling-Off Period
We have a standard cooling-off period of 14 days meaning you can receive a full refund if you cancel with 14 days from your enrolment date.
After Cooling-Off but Before Course-Commencement
Should you decide to cancel your spot after the cooling-off period but before training commences, you will be entitled to a full refund minus the 20% deposit.
Cancellation after Course-Commencement
Once the live training sessions have started there is no refund available for cancellation.
