When was the ICCS founded?

The International Centre for Coaching Supervision was launched as a virtual school in 2020.

However, the accredited courses had been delivered through in-person training since 2016 as part of Animas Centre for Coaching.

Nick Bolton, the founder & CEO of Animas, and now the International Centre for Coaching Supervision, believed it was time to create a dedicated virtual school for coaching supervision. Up until that time, the vast majority of coaching supervision schools provided in-person training in a very limited number of locations making it almost impossible for most coaches to become an accredited coaching supervisor.

Nick wanted to change that.

So we were set up to enable coaches from across the world to train as coaching supervisors and to create a melting pot of coaching skills, cultures and practices.
